The SAVE America Act has passed the U.S. House of Representatives for the fourth time.

House Republicans have done their job. Now it's time for the U.S. Senate to do theirs.

The American people agree: the time is now to secure our elections!

New polling conducted for Tea Party Patriots Action shows that the overwhelming majority of American voters – including a strong majority of Democrats – support proof of U.S. citizenship in order to register to vote and showing voter ID when casting a ballot.

The message to the Senate is clear: stop delaying, listen to the voters, and pass the SAVE America Act.

The Senate must not adjourn for the August recess until it passes the House versions of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and the 2027 Homeland Security funding bill containing the SAVE America Act.

Passing these bills is the fastest path to getting the SAVE America Act to President Trump's desk and strengthen election integrity before the 2026 midterm elections.

We need you to step up once again.

Call your U.S. Senators today and tell them: Don't leave Washington for the August recess until you've passed the SAVE America Act.

Urge them to vote YES on the House-passed NDAA and YES on the House Homeland Security funding bill so the SAVE America Act can become law.

There is still time to secure the midterm elections.

The Senate should stay in session until the job is done.
