John xxxxxx,
I’ll keep this quick.
When our ads go up in August, they won't have the airwaves to themselves.
Mike Rounds has millions in the bank. And a crypto super PAC called Fairshake — funded by Coinbase, Ripple, and a Silicon Valley venture firm, sitting on around $170 million — already spent money getting him through his primary. Their ads won't mention crypto. They'll just tell you what a steady South Dakotan Mike Rounds is, and they won't tell you who really paid for them, either.
But their expensive ads are trying to sell voters something. Ours just have to tell the truth. And out here, the $30,000 we raise by Friday night does the work of more than a million of theirs.
Can I count on you to chip in to show that South Dakotans aren’t for sale?
