And then back in Washington, I stood on the floor and made sure the GOP effort to strip 200,000 civilian defense jobs in Rock Island was defeated.
Two cities. Two very different communities. And I’m always going to fight for both with the same energy.
Because we should be supporting the people who fill our districts, not showing them the door.
