John,

We're so close to making a major impact to defend the Church. We’ve filed a major motion in our lawsuit to block the ban on singing in church. We’re engaged in numerous battles to defend life and religious liberty. Our work does NOT stop. But we need your help to defeat the radical Left’s assault on the Church and the lives of the unborn.

Midnight tonight is our Matching Challenge Deadline. We’re so close. Put us over the top.

Jordan,

We're just hours from our urgent Midnight Deadline to defend churches.

The radical Left has been targeting the Church. Using the COVID-19 pandemic to ban singing in church is one of the most draconian abuses of power imaginable.

Singing is fundamental to worship. And the Bible commands it: “Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord . . .” (Ephesians 5:19).

For decades the ACLJ has aggressively fought at the Supreme Court to defend the Church and religious liberty. We were built for this moment, and we’re fighting back.

We have filed a MAJOR lawsuit against the singing ban, and our motion for a preliminary injunction against enforcement of California’s singing ban is pending before the court. But as we go to court in a case that could quickly head to the Supreme Court, we face a major challenge. We’re going head-to-head against a powerful state government and its inexhaustible resources.

We can win. We can OVERTURN the ban on churches, but we urgently need your support before our MIDNIGHT Matching Challenge Deadline. We're down to the wire.

Your Tax-Deductible gift will be DOUBLED, dollar-for-dollar. $20 becomes $40; $40 becomes $80.
