Team, after they tried to overturn the 2020 election, I beat Donald Trump and his allies 43 times in court.

When he lost the 2020 election, Trump launched an onslaught of attacks on free and fair elections – relentlessly pushing his conspiracies right here in Pennsylvania. But we fought back.

They tried throwing out votes and undermining the will of Pennsylvanians, but we beat him in court every single time, because that’s what Dem govs do: We fight for our people and refuse to bend the knee to Donald Trump and his enablers.

So I’m asking you: Will you stand with me and my fellow Dem govs against Trump’s attacks on free and fair elections by adding your name to my brand new petition right now?

Earlier this month, in a primetime speech to the nation, Trump doubled down on his election conspiracies again.

And now, he’s looking forward and focusing on undermining this November’s midterms – attacking mail-in ballots, pushing dangerous conspiracies, and sowing distrust in the outcome of these elections before they even begin.

I’m running for reelection to keep defending our democracy and ensure Pennsylvania continues to have free, fair, safe, and secure elections – but my Republican opponent and extremists running in gov races from Ohio to Arizona will do the exact opposite. If elected, they’ll rubber stamp Trump’s policies and help him enact his disastrous agenda.
