I want to show you why I think we can actually pull this off and win a Senate race no one is really talking about yet.

We’ve set a goal of raising $30,000 before the month comes to a close on Friday. In a big-market state, it’s a rounding error — a few days of cable in one city, and it's out the window. It’s a number the D.C. establishment wouldn’t even get out of bed for.

Out here in South Dakota, $30,000 does the work of more than a million dollars. Our media market is 39 times more efficient than New York's. That's the reason a retired JAG in a camper can go on the air against a man like Mike Rounds with millions.

So when I ask for $30,000 for ads, I'm not asking you to match Mike Rounds. I'm asking you to fund a real push to reach undecided voters.
