WomenHeart Hosts Virtual National Hospital Alliance Conference On July 28-29, 2020, WomenHeart hosted the annual National Hospital Alliance (NHA) Conference. Focused on “Quality Care and Support for Women Heart Patients,” the conference was a success, featuring 17 speakers and presentations on policy, patient support and the latest in cardiac care. The virtual format not only allowed us to reach an expanded audience beyond NHA members, to include WomenHeart Champions, partner organizations and other providers, but it was recorded and is available online with timestamps indicating specific presentations. Take Action: Stop Surprise Bills Tell Congress to act now to pass legislation that would protect patients from surprise medical bills. Ask Congress to pass a fix that holds patients harmless. |
