As a valuable member of our IWV community, I wanted to make sure you were aware of another great resource, our sister organization, Independent Women’s Forum.
IWF is staffed with policy experts who produce regular policy papers, research materials, op-eds, and blog posts. These resources are housed on IWF’s website, so you can stay keep up-to-date on the issues you care about.
IWF develops policy pieces off which legislation is based, such as the earned leave bills introduced in the House and Senate. And they regularly brief Members of Congress, the White House, and other policy influencers on the facts and how policies will affect you.
Further, IWF represents your voice while participating in working groups, coalition events, and roundtable discussions. And they testify before Congress on important matters affecting you and your loved ones.
There’s so much IWF does to educate and engage citizens like you on a daily basis, including sending out a weekly email to recap the week’s top news.
