Then, as Secretary of the Interior, she helped secure protections for the sacred cultural landscape that so many Tribal communities have fought to preserve.

Throughout her time at Interior, she also helped protect more land and water than any administration in U.S. history while creating good-paying jobs in clean energy, conservation, and cleaning up legacy pollution.

Now Donald Trump and his administration are determined to slash protections for the lands surrounding Chaco Canyon and reopen them to mining and oil and gas drilling, threatening one of the most significant cultural landscapes in the world.

That's why we need a leader in New Mexico who listens to her community and never hesitates to put people above corporate greed.
