The first and most important thing I want to say in this email is thank you. As a paid subscriber, you’re quite literally keeping the lights on, making it possible for me and my team to keep doing this work.
That means that I, quite literally, work for you. And I want to make sure I’m doing a good job.
We’re roughly 100 days away from midterms. So as we start to lock in, it’s a good time to ask: how am I doing? What would you like to see me do differently here on Substack?
What are you reading? What are you forwarding to people? What are you tired of? What do you actually want more of in the second half of the year?
