Hi friends,

Last week, Mayor Karen Bass stepped to the podium at Union Station and delivered her State of the Agency Address as the new Chair of the LA Metro Board.

It was exactly the kind of moment that answers the question we ask at every door: What gets better in Los Angeles by 2030 if Karen Bass is reelected?

Mayor Bass laid out four clear priorities as Board Chair. These are not aspirations. They are a promise — and a preview of the next four years.

Metro Safe, Metro Affordable, Metro Reliable, and Metro Ready

Thanks to Mayor Bass, Metro has already made the GoPass permanent — allowing K-12 and community college students across the county to ride Metro for free.

And as Chair, Mayor Bass is committed to a long-term plan to make Metro fare-free for all Angelenos.

The World Cup proved it: LA is a transit city. Together, let’s move LA forward and re-elect Mayor Karen Bass!

Thanks

Team Bass
