Team, I know a lot has changed these past few weeks — circumstances, headlines, and MAGA extremists coming out of the woodwork to act like they give a damn about you or our state.
But despite the changes happening in South Carolina, one thing that has remained constant is this team, our mission, and the fight for the state we deserve.
Since the beginning, we’ve built something real. A people-powered movement centered around:
Grassroots support - because we’ve never needed to be bought with billionaires and their selfish interests. And that won’t change.
Affordable healthcare - because I believe hardworking families shouldn’t have to decide between lifesaving care and where their next meal will come from. And that won’t change.
An economy for the people - I believe we deserve leaders who put us first, not their special interests. And that won’t change.
So yes, things have changed here in South Carolina, but I haven’t. My fight is the same today as it was day one when we started this race. Everyone deserves a fair shot, and I’m going to be the leader who ensures that.
