Hey Swing Left,

I’m Erica, Swing Left’s Head of Organizing. I oversee all the organizing work we do to mobilize volunteers to help turn out the vote. I’ve worked on a few elections in my career, but 2020 feels especially big. This is the year we flip the Senate, win the White House, and stop Republican gerrymandering by winning key state legislatures.

It sounds like a tall order, but we know we can win this fall, especially with our secret weapon (drumroll, please)....Swing Left groups!

All our groups hold events and meetings online to keep everyone safe. Groups come in all shapes and sizes, from groups who got started with us, to groups of like-minded activists who’ve joined because they like our tools and believe in our strategy. Groups hold virtual letter writing parties and Zoom calls to go over Swing Left’s organizing strategy.
