Americans agree that members of Congress should not be trading stocks and benefitting from insider information.

This week, we delivered on that mandate by passing the Stop Insider Trading Act.

I am proud to co-sponsor this commonsense bill to clean up Congress and bring accountability back to Washington.

America's ironclad alliances are our greatest competitive edge.

I joined a congressional delegation to observe RIMPAC, the world's largest maritime exercise, and see firsthand how our service members and allies maintain a free and open Indo-Pacific.

I introduced the STRATA Act to harness America’s greatest strengths: our innovation and our alliances.

By launching a Critical Mineral Innovation Initiative at the State Department and advancing technology with our allies, we can build smarter, more secure supply chains.

It was an honor to celebrate the 2025 World Series Champions, the Los Angeles Dodgers, at the White House!

As a proud Southern Californian, it was a joy to help recognize a team that brought our region together and gave fans across our district so much to cheer for. Congratulations to the Dodgers on a historic season!

Shipbuilding is a national security imperative and the future of free commerce.

For decades, Washington looked away while the CCP cornered the global maritime market.

My FLEETS Now Act fixes that by rebuilding America's shipbuilding dominance.

This week, I participated in a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on United Nations accountability and reform, where we examined how to advance an America First foreign policy through strategic diplomacy at the U.N.

I will keep fighting to ensure American taxpayer dollars deliver results and that our leadership on the world stage remains strong.

After nearly 9 months in CCP detention, Pastor Ezra Jin is FREE. Pastor Jin was imprisoned for preaching the Gospel and refusing CCP control of his church.

I was honored to welcome him to my office. God bless Pastor Jin. Freedom of religion is always worth fighting for.

One in three California community college applications have been flagged as likely fraudulent, and fraudsters have stolen $13 million dollars in state and federal funds in California alone.

I pressed FinCEN for answers and demanded accountability. I will keep fighting to protect taxpayer dollars and stop bad actors from exploiting programs meant to help students get ahead.

Stability in our hemisphere is directly tied to American security, and the American people deserve to know what progress is being made.

During this week's House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing, I pressed administration officials on efforts to train thousands of new Haitian National Police officers and on when Haiti's own security forces will be ready to restore order.
