As schools in our area returned to in person and virtual learning, we have seen a lot of changes and challenges. Teachers are navigating unknown territory, all while continuing to tackle the issues that have plagued our Indiana public schools for the last decade. The 2021 legislative session will be packed with discussion and legislation on how best to help Hoosiers recover from the economic fallout and deal with the current pandemic. While that will be a high priority, education needs to remain in the top priorities as well.
