First, Republicans received more votes than Democrats in our top-two primary for WA-08

Then, the Washington Post said these results show experts may be dangerously underestimating Republicans' prospects this election -- including in our district.

"The trend is even scarier for first-term Democratic Rep. Kim Schrier. In 2018, she flipped the historically Republican 8th District... This year, the Republican candidates combined lead her and two other minor Democrats by 49 to 47. Recall that no party in the past decade has won a House seat in November that it lost in the primary."

Now, we set a goal to raise $50,000 before our end-of-month deadline to help us in the tough fight ahead but we're coming up short.
