Section 224 would "designate an executive agent responsible for synchronizing cooperative efforts between the United States and Israel" and oversee the "bilateral defence technology research, development, testing, evaluation, integration, and industrial cooperation."

At a time when the US-Israeli relationship is growing more and more unpopular with the American people, Israel's paid agents in Congress are working behind the scenes to make it even more difficult to remove the American people's culpability in the ongoing, heinous crimes committed by the IDF.
