John -- can you make a $5 donation to our people-powered campaign?

Sorry to be so blunt, but our August fundraising deadline is tomorrow at midnight and we need a last-minute push to hit our 150,000 contribution goal.

As of this afternoon, we're closing in on our goal, and we're confident that with your support we can hit it and fight back against the millions Mitch McConnell is spending on ads to defeat us.

We're rejecting corporate PAC money, which means $5 donations like this are what keep our campaign running.

So as we quickly approach our fundraising deadline tomorrow, we have to ask:

If you're able, will you make a $5 donation to our people-powered campaign? The amount isn't as important as the donation itself because it's going to take a lot of people chipping in a few bucks at a time to help us reach our 150,000 contribution goal.

What we're able to do in the next few hours will set the tone for what we can accomplish as we race towards Election Day.
