News from Congresswoman Kim

Dear Friend,

You need an ID to buy alcohol, board a plane, or pick up a prescription, yet somehow that same basic standard is too much for our elections?

If you can’t prove you’re an American citizen, you shouldn’t be voting. Period. End of sentence.

The SAVE America Act is straightforward, common-sense legislation: It requires proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote and a photo ID to cast a ballot in federal elections.

The House of Representatives has already done its part and passed the bill. It’s now up to the Senate to act so we can send it to President Trump’s desk.

Do you support requiring proof of U.S. citizenship AND a photo ID to vote in federal elections?

Sincerely,
