Forbes is reporting that Democrats are way behind the GOP in Texas and Florida, two critical target states where legislative elections will determine who draws the maps next year.

These states also represent some of our best opportunities to swing the balance of power -- IF we can raise more money for down-ballot candidates.

That's why I'm coming to you for help. We've already made investments in Texas, Florida, and seven other states, but it's just not enough. Can you help us hit our end-of-month goal so we can do more?
