John,

We have a huge deadline tomorrow and it's getting down to the wire. We need $250,000 in small-dollar donations to finish out August strong.

Here's the good (okay, great) news: We've made tremendous progress towards our end-of-month goal thanks to small-dollar donors who have been able to chip in.

Here's the bad (okay, terrible) news: we're still $25,514 short of our goal! That means we could be outspent by Roy's far-right opponent and the Republican Governors Association!

Dark money groups are bankrolling $7 MILLION in advertising attacking Roy and the progress we've made together -- and they're not done yet.

Our opponent poses a real threat to North Carolina, John. We still believe that if we work together, we can get Roy re-elected. Your support today will make the difference.

If you're in a position to give, chip in $10 today to re-elect Roy Cooper and build a better future for our state. We only need another $25,514 by Monday night - any donation can help us close the gap! >>

We've got this,

Cooper Campaign HQ

We hope everyone is staying safe during this ongoing health emergency. The Cooper Campaign is now working remotely, and we encourage all those who are able to practice social distancing. We've taken the step of cancelling all in-person fundraising for the time being, making grassroots online outreach and fundraising even more critical than before. Roy and the rest of the team will keep working for a more prosperous, better-educated, and healthy North Carolina, and we hope you will stay with us in this fight. Further information on the Coronavirus and our response can be found here.
