I call it like I see it, John.

Instead of getting distracted by the misleading attack my opponent dropped this week, I’m doubling down on our positive message for CA-49.

In this email, I’m going to ask you to renew your support for our campaign, but first, let me shine some light on their strategy here:

Republicans are trying to get these baseless attacks against me to stick. In order to do so, they know they need to distract from the great work we’ve been able to do in Washington, DC.

In just the past few months, we’ve worked furiously to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic -- and over the past two years, I’ve led on defending essential programs including Social Security and the Affordable Care Act from Trump’s cuts, protecting our economy, and creating opportunity right here in CA-49.
