 On July 20, 2026, Ann Arbor City Council approved two new crisis response programs to strengthen Ann Arbor’s public safety system and help connect residents with aligned services. The SPROUT and CO-RESPONSE A2 REACH programs are designed to work as complementary parts of Ann Arbor’s broader crisis response framework.
