What we’ve been warning for weeks could happen, just did.

The U.S. House just voted to pass the rule which moves the 2027 NDAA to the floor for a full vote. That vote will happen tomorrow, July 22.

The NDAA is “must-pass” legislation every year.

But this year, the NDAA contains a very dangerous provision – Section 219 – that intertwines the U.S. military with that of a foreign country . . . an entanglement like we’ve never seen in the history of our nation.

Time is very short to stop this assault on national sovereignty in the House!

Section 219 will establish a United States-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative that directs the secretary of defense to expand integration of U.S. and Israeli defense industrial sectors, accelerate joint R&D and co‑production, and designate an executive agent to carry out that integration across a wide range of military technologies (including AI, cyber, biotech, missile defense and more).

No foreign country or organization should EVER be given direct access to the Pentagon and our intelligence community!

You and I have stymied Congress in recent weeks on several issues.

And we can do it again.

Call your U.S. Representative now at 202-225-3121 and tell them to vote “NO” on H.R. 8800 so long as the NDAA contains the dangerous Section 219.

This evening, the House will vote on amendments to the NDAA. The final vote on the overall vote is scheduled for tomorrow.

That’s why it’s so important you call your U.S. Representative now at 202-225-3121 and tell them to vote “NO” on H.R. 8800 as long as Section 219 is in the bill.

After you call, please chip-in a donation of $25, $50, $100, or more so we can keep up this fight.

Even if the bill passes the House, there are hurdles in the Senate, and you and I need to be prepared to put up a huge fight there as well.
