The Democratic National Committee is hosting its second When We Count Virtual Organizer Training Bootcamp ([link removed]) on July 30th and 31st, and we’d love your help spreading the word!

Our first cohort in June was a huge success—over 20 participants have already been hired on campaign teams across battleground states, from Georgia to Michigan!

* What: A free, intensive two-day virtual training covering campaign strategy, messaging, data tools, voter outreach, and networking with senior political operatives.
* Who: Young Democrats & aspiring organizers (ages 18–29) seeking full-time or part-time employment on 2026 campaigns. No prior political experience required.
* When: Thursday, July 30 and Friday, July 31 | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
