As you might know, I've served our country as a combat pilot and traveled into orbit as an astronaut at NASA. I'm a proud husband, father, and grandfather. And now, I'm a senator for Arizona and a Vice Chair for the DSCC.

I've been through a lot – and I've also learned a lot. The biggest takeaway of all is this: Be prepared.

It can mean the difference between success and failure, winning and losing, being a cool grandpa or not.
