Last week, Todd Blanche — Donald Trump’s former personal defense lawyer and nominee for attorney general — appeared before the U.S. Senate for his confirmation hearings.

Blanche has already demonstrated his loyalty to Trump’s radical agenda by defending him in federal and civil court, and Republicans noticed. And when anti-choice Republicans asked whether he would commit Justice Department resources to taking action on mifepristone, a safe and effective medication used in abortion care and miscarriage management, his answer was clear:
