Stephen Miller is at it again. Grousing over the federal government's repeated failures in prosecuting protesters like "Sandwich Guy," Sean Dunn, he blamed jury nullification ([link removed]) and implied that American jurors who do not comply with his adminitration are are complicit in terrorism.

Such brooding threats against jurors and the American jury system are nothing new from the President's Deputy Chief of Staff—he has repeatedly beaten this drum over the last year. And recent legislative efforts by the GOP to squash nullification, like Julia Letlow's "No Rogue Jurors Act," have floundered in Congress.

If you missed it, we recently talked with Clark Neily of Cato ([link removed]) about how supposed "conservative" arguments against juries fall apart.

This month we talked with Lyn Ulbricht ([link removed]), mother of liberty advocate Ross Ulbricht—who Trump thankfully pardoned last year—about the draconian state of the US prison system, the cruelties inflicted on the incarcerated and their loved ones, and the extreme sentencing guidelines that are often hidden from jurors.

Miller can sputter and pound his pulpit all he likes, unchecked government is responsible for at least as much "terror" as any protesters throwing sandwiches. We're not going to stop educating people on their rights.
