Dear Friends,
With grateful hearts, we rejoice in the Lord Jesus Christ and the life-changing hope of His Gospel. Just as the African savannah comes alive after the rain, God’s transforming work brings renewed life, joy, and assurance through Christ.
In this Winter edition, we celebrate God’s faithfulness through the ministry of African Enterprise and give special thanks for the recent visit of Rev Canon Dr John Senyonyi and Dr Ruth Senyonyi. Their time in Australia strengthened partnerships, shared the vision of African Enterprise, and encouraged many believers and ministry leaders across Sydney, Queensland, and Melbourne.
As you read these stories of Gospel impact, we pray you will be encouraged by what God is doing across Africa and beyond. While we rejoice in lives being transformed, the need remains great, people still need to hear the good news of Jesus.

A Global partnership for Gospel Growth
Discover the remarkable story of the East African Revival, a movement that transformed churches and communities across East Africa through repentance, holiness, prayer, and a renewed commitment to God’s Word. Centred on Christ and shaped by faithful African believers, this revival reminds us that true spiritual renewal comes when God’s people walk in the light and place the cross of Christ at the centre of their lives. As we reflect on its lasting impact, may we be inspired to pray for the same Gospel-centred transformation across Africa today.
Reaching Africa together: The Power of Partnership
In this special message, Rev Canon Dr John Senyonyi reflects on the blessing of global Gospel partnership and shares heartfelt thanks to Australian supporters of African Enterprise. Drawing on decades of ministry across Africa, he highlights how lives, communities, and even nations have been impacted through faithful Gospel witness and practical service. This encouraging article reminds us that Christ has one Church, united in mission, and that through prayer, generosity, and partnership, we can join in God’s transforming work across Africa and beyond.
The Nile Institute: more than a school
The Nile Vocational Institute in Uganda is helping vulnerable young people build brighter futures through practical skills training and the hope of the Gospel. Despite significant resource challenges, this Christ-centred ministry is equipping students with dignity, purpose, and opportunity, seeing lives transformed and communities impacted for generations to come.
Crisis in Tigray: Sharing Hope and the Gospel in the hardest places.
In the midst of immense suffering at the Sabe Kare IDP Camp in Tigray, Ethiopia, God’s light is still shining. Through the faithful ministry of African Enterprise Ethiopia and local church partners, practical aid and Gospel hope are reaching families who have lost so much. This moving update highlights both the urgent need and the difference that prayer, compassion, and partnership are making in bringing hope to one of Africa’s most vulnerable communities.
