Illinois families are burdened by the highest combined state and local tax rate in the nation, and more than half of voters cite high taxes as one of the biggest problems facing our state. Meanwhile, over 40,000 Illinoisans packed up and left in a single year, taking their families, businesses, and opportunities with them.
The grass is greener next door for a reason.
Democrats built this. Illinois families are paying for it.
Republicans are offering a different path: lower taxes, responsible spending, safer communities, honest government, and a state where families can afford to stay, work, and build a future.
