Happy National Ice Cream Day — did you know Pennsylvania is the birthplace of the American commercial ice cream industry? I love taking my girls for ice cream all over Scranton. This summer, we’re planning an ice cream tour across the district this summer so we can savor every scoop NEPA has to offer.
