I talk to you a lot about the importance of flipping the Senate this November, but today, I want to talk to you about the House.

As we fight to send Ben Ray Luján to fill my seat in the Senate, at the same time, we must also make sure that we elect Teresa Leger Fernandez to keep the House blue this November. She is running for the first time to win the Northern New Mexico seat that Ben Ray holds today and ensure Northern New Mexico gets the leadership they deserve. We cannot take this seat for granted -- I know because I had to beat an incumbent Republican to flip this House seat to blue back in my first House race in 1998.
