That's what experts project will be spent in our battleground race this cycle.

We'll say it again: $749 million. It's not a typo. 

Most of that will come from GOP super PACs and corporate interests who want to buy the seat for Jon Husted so he'll do their bidding in the Senate.

Look. Our campaign is never going to be funded by dark money from special interests or from the Epstein class. We can’t say the same for Sherrod’s opponent, Jon Husted. 

But we know how to compete. We know how to outwork the GOP. And we know Sherrod's message resonates with working people. Ohioans know he fights for them, not a bunch of ultrawealthy suits in Washington.

So today, we're not asking you to match the GOP dollar for dollar. We're just asking for enough resources to keep our ads on the air, to keep our field program fully running, and to pay for any extra campaign expenses we need to win. We did the math: We need to raise $100,000 by midnight to keep up with our projection this month.
