Donald Trump has turned ICE into a weapon – allowing masked agents to snatch people off the street and ignore court orders with zero accountability.

I took an oath to defend the Constitution, and I refuse to let Trump trample all over it. So here’s what I’m doing in Congress to fight back:

[1] I’m conducting oversight visits inside ICE detention centers to expose their abysmal conditions and force accountability for every violation we find.

[2] I’m introducing legislation , like the Fair Day in Court for Kids Act, to make sure that no one is thrown into our immigration system without protection by the due process they’re guaranteed by law.

[3] I’m blocking funding for ICE and their detention facilities, because if they can’t follow the law, then they can’t get a blank check from taxpayers.
