This month, I’ve been busy hosting stops on our virtual Road to Universal Background Checks Tour and speaking at the Democratic Convention. I was really proud to share my story of recovery at the Convention and I hope it helped people on their own paths.
The coming days are so important. If we can flip the Senate, expand our majority in the House, and defeat Donald Trump, we can make real progress nationwide—like finally signing universal background checks and other lifesaving legislation into law.
However, the truth is that we need a lot of resources to do our part. The overwhelming majority of the donations we receive come from emails just like this. So before our August fundraising deadline, I have to ask:
