I’m part of the Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC), a group of progressive Democrats who are willing to fight the unjust status quo and push for the sweeping changes our country needs.

After 2018’s elections (including mine!), our numbers swelled. And we’ve been successfully shifting the balance of power within Congress, moving progressive policy ideas to the mainstream: For the first time ever, a majority of the House Democratic caucus supports Medicare for All and raising the minimum wage to $15.

Now, in 2020, we must elect even more progressive leaders to Congress who will fight alongside me and build more progressive power. In order to enact a progressive agenda in 2021 and beyond, the CPC PAC is a critical ally. Their inside-outside strategy allows them to help elect progressive candidates to Congress and then turn around and fight for bold progressive change.

The CPC PAC is grassroots-funded, with an average donation of around $11 and no corporate PAC or dark money.

We need support from everyday people to reach a critical fundraising goal of $1 million. The more we can raise, the more CPC PAC can invest in critical races across the country.

With your support, we’ll grow our CPC members in Congress and fight for our progressive values:

• Strengthening workplace protections and raising the minimum wage
• Reining in the influence of corporate special interests in our democracy through campaign finance reform
• Protecting and expanding Social Security
• Confronting the climate crisis and pushing for environmental justice
• Fighting for justice and equality
• Passing comprehensive immigration reform
• Ensuring that every American has a right to healthcare
• Investing in families, including through affordable childcare, housing, and education

With more members committed to progressive change, we can set the Democrats’ agenda and better shape our future.
