* GRASSROOTS SAVE CO GOP FROM FINANCIAL RUIN. THANK YOU RAY GARCIA AND ERIC GROSSMAN! While RINOs and new Chair Craig Steiner twiddled their thumbs and seemed perfectly happy to let former Chair Horn’s personal attorney - Steve Klenda - seize the Party’s bank accounts, grassroots warriors Ray Garcia and Vice Chair Eric Grossman fought back. And thanks to their legal intervention a Judge this week vacated the judgement that said the Party owed Klenda $231,000 plus interest. Horn and Klenda had misled the Judge into issuing the order. But grassroots court motions revealed to the Judge that there were substantial disputes over Klenda and his fees and so the Judge vacated the ruling. That means the Party once again has access to its bank accounts and Klenda does not. The judge also indicated the whole Klenda/Horn dispute should be rolled over into the original lawsuit which asserts the Party does not owe Klenda a dime since he was fired. * STEINER MUST NOW FINISH THE JOB AND PROTECT THE PARTY FROM FURTHER ATTEMPTS TO STEAL THE MONEY. Grassroots did the heavy lifting on this and now it’s up to Steiner to pursue the remaining legal case to make sure Klenda/Horn do not get a dime of Party money. We’re concerned that a UniParty/Establishment backed Steiner will attempt to “negotiate” a settlement with Klenda. The ethically challenged attorney tried to steal the Party’s money…. why would you give in to him? In fact - demand that he pay the Party back for any fraudulent billing.
