About the job

As an Energy Program Manager, you will lead and direct our self-supporting statewide Energy Program, which manages $400 million in Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) every biennium and generates $5 million in annual revenue. You will oversee the development and implementation of program policies, standard project management practices, and contracts that help state agencies, universities, schools, and municipalities reduce energy and resource consumption. Serving as the agency’s technical expert on energy, sustainability, and building commissioning, you will analyze proposed legislation for potential impacts, ensure high-quality project delivery, and represent the agency in national performance contracting organizations like the Energy Services Coalition (ESC).
