Today brings excellent news for every Arizonan who believes that only American citizens should decide American elections.



The United States Supreme Court has agreed to hear the RNC’s case defending Arizona’s requirement for proof of citizenship to register to vote. This is a major step forward in our ongoing fight to secure our elections and restore trust in the process.

As a State Senator who has consistently championed election integrity, I have seen firsthand how critical these safeguards are. Non-citizen voting undermines the voice of every legal voter in our state.



Democrats keep fighting against something as basic as proof of citizenship. It’s ridiculous! Their opposition shows exactly whose side they’re really on — and it’s not American citizens. 

This victory did not happen by accident. It is the result of persistent legal action, legislative leadership, and the generous support of patriots like you who understand what is at stake. But our work is far from over.

We must defend this law at the highest level, push for similar protections nationwide (such as the SAVE America Act), and prepare for the battles ahead in Arizona and beyond.
