Over the last week, the twin wars in Iran and Ukraine have headed
in the trajectory of total escalation, both threatening a total and
complete disintegration of the world economy. Beginning with the
NATO-Ukraine war against Russia, Ukrainian attacks on Russian vessels
in the Sea of Azov have now forced Russia to suspend all maritime
traffic along that route, where between 30-40% of its wheat exports
and 25% of its total grain exports travels. That means a 10% reduction
in total world wheat exports, undoubtedly affecting the nations of
Africa, Asia, and Southwest Asia which rely on such.
In Iran, a beleaguered President Trump is unsuccessfully trying to
escape a trap of his own making. The extraordinary turnout of an
estimated 40 million people across Iran to honor the memory of the
country's assassinated leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, underscores the
futility of the mass-assassination strategy pursued by the U.S.
government and the Israeli government. An article in the City of
London mouthpiece, The Economist, reported that President Trump has no
good way of reopening the Strait of Hormuz, which has shut down up to
20% of world oil trade. The Economist, in fact, raises one option:
“Bombing vital infrastructure in Iran,” which they note, “might be a
war crime.”
The war crimes perpetrated against the people of Iran, Gaza,
Russia, Ukraine, and other nations, have in fact been intended by the
City of London and Wall Street for Malthusian goal of reducing the
world population. This outlook has found resonance among many
observers today. Vanessa Beeley, in her article "The Art of
Forgetting," reports the broader outlook of Israeli society, as a
result of nearly three years of genocidal policies against
Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. She writes:
"An Israeli podcaster said 'if you give me a button just to erase
Gaza, every single living being in Gaza would no longer be living
tomorrow. I would press it in a second. I would press it right now. I
think most Israelis would.' Genocide is mainstream culture in Israel,
genocide in the cruelest most barbaric ways possible. It is hands-on
genocide where an entire people, men, women, children, elderly,
disabled, blind, deaf, doctors, nurses, premature babies are
legitimate targets, not just for death but death by multiple levels of
savagery and humiliation. Even in their last moments of crushed and
mangled life they are not left in peace - their barely-alive bodies
are driven over by tanks, bulldozers, their last breath a notch on the
wall of interminable bloodletting."
This is not unique to Israeli society, but the broader
trans-Atlantic world, which has been inundated with destructive
economic policies for the past 60 years, since the assassination of
President John F. Kennedy. Albania, a nation with a population of 3.3
million people in 1990, has been reduced to 2.4 million people, as a
result of many people leaving the country due to poor living
standards. On top of that, Soros-linked forces, including Trump
son-in-law Jared Kushner and his wife, Ivanka, are attempting to
purchase from Albania the island of Sazan, in the Adriatic Sea, known
for its military-strategic importance.
In Europe, a single week of June heat has killed more than ten
thousand people due to the lack of air conditioning.
A civilization which forgets its higher purpose for existence, to
promote the General Welfare, and affirm the dignity of Humanity
against that of the beasts, has lost the fitness to survive. However,
there is an another part of the globe which has reaffirmed its
commitment to upholding the Greater Good, and developing all of
humanity. That is seen in the BRICS nations—Brazil, Russia, India,
China and South Africa—and the Global Majority countries based in
Africa, Asia, and South America, which are reorienting towards the
BRICS and other such global institutions. The same conviction is
reflected in Pope Leo XIV's encyclical Magnifica Humanitas, which
reaffirms the inviolable dignity and sanctity of every human person as
one created in the image and likeness of God, as opposed to the
caricatures of human likeness seen in artificial intelligence, which
simply processes information.
With the heavy ideas expressed in the Pope’s encyclical, along with
Helga Zepp-LaRouche’s “Ten Principles for a New Security and
Development Architecture,” we can qualify people to survive, and
present solutions which can solve the crises in Ukraine, Gaza, Iran,
and many other parts of the world. Will you take that road to
Reason?
