JOHN, in case you haven't heard this news yet:

Chris Kapenga has decided to campaign for another taxpayer-funded office and is still asking voters to reelect him to represent SD-33.



But you know what? This doesn't change anything for me.

I'm running for State Senate because I want to actually represent the people of southeastern Wisconsin and, if voters give me that honor, I'll continue to spend every day working to earn their trust.

I'm committed to serving this district, fighting to make life more affordable, bringing more transparency and accountability to government, and delivering on the promises I've made throughout this campaign. That's what this race has always been about for me, JOHN.

And while others think about their next political opportunity, I'm thinking about the families across our communities who deserve a Senator focused on doing the job they were elected to do.
