The rumors are true, we have a huge deadline coming up this Monday at midnight. This will be the first time everyone — I really mean everyone — can see our summer fundraising numbers to parse out the strength of our campaign.

It's no secret that this election will be tough, and we'll have to fight harder than ever before to re-elect the Mayor. But as of this morning, our fundraising numbers are still not where we need them to be.

There's only a couple days left before the deadline. I can't overstate how important it is that we turn out a strong fundraising report.

This team has shown up for Levar in the past to help him overcome the odds and fight for a city that works for everyone. He needs your support again. Can I count on you to chip in $5, $10, or whatever you can at this critical moment?

Levar put the people first and boldly removed Confederate statues in the city. Now, all eyes will be on Richmond, and what happens in November will send ripples across the nation.

When this finance report goes public, people will be looking to see if Levar has what it takes to win again. There's no telling who is watching our campaign, and there's no telling what they'll spend to defeat the Mayor.

By Monday at midnight we need numbers that prove we aren't going anywhere. But to do that, Levar needs to know he has your support.
