The Republican National Convention ended last night, and it was every bit as divisive, bigoted, and misleading as we expected.

From using the White House in violation of federal law to attacking civil rights leaders, this convention encapsulated the worst elements of Trump’s utterly corrupt administration. But that won’t stop the Republican pundits and mega-donors from trying to spin it positively.

As we speak, the GOP is preparing a massive PR push to deliver Trump a post-convention fundraising bump. And recent polling shows Trump clawing back the advantage from Biden.
