A few people have asked whether we’re holding our usual first Monday of the month meeting this evening. We aren’t as we thought people might still be on holiday, and not next Monday either, rather on the 16th when we’ll be selecting our General Election candidates – see James Hewitt’s mailing sent yesterday. It'll be at 7pm our usual venue: Coffee Plant, 180 Portobello Road, London W11 2EB

If you aren’t able to attend the hustings/vote, please reply asap to that mailing and ask for a postal ballot paper.

Please also note a change in date for our Hampstead to Alexandra Palace walk which is now on Sunday, September 15th. Two more local party events in September are a film showing of Do The Math 'the fossil fuel industry is killing us, a movie to spark a movement' on Tuesday the 24th and a social event on Thursday the 26th. Information about all these events are on our website and Facebook page (apart from the 26th as the venue has yet to be chosen).
