Folks, it's officially hot sauce season in the Casten household.

If you've been on this team a while, you might know that I make my own fermented hot sauce every year. It's a whole process that takes patience, attention to detail, and a lot of faith that fermentation is actually working even when it looks like nothing's happening. A lot like politics, actually.

So when my team and I wanted a fun way to track our July fundraising progress, there was only one option.
