Los Angeles Times: California files 100th lawsuit against Trump administration

We just sued President Trump for the 100th time. 
 
Our 100th lawsuit seeks to block the President from rolling back critical environmental protections under the National Environmental Policy Act. 
 
 
In our 100 lawsuits against the President, we never go looking to pick a fight. But let me be clear: When President Trump fails to follow the law and when he attacks our families, resources, and values, California will take decisive action to protect what we hold dear. 
 
We’ve had to do that 100 times now. We stopped the Census citizenship question. We protected Dreamers and kept DACA in place. We have defended access to reproductive healthcare and blocked cuts to nutrition programs like food stamps. 
 
This is all critical progress, but our fights continue. We’re headed to the Supreme Court to defend the entire Affordable Care Act this November — and dozens of our lawsuits protecting our families and environmental laws move forward. 
 
Team, when Trump and Republicans attack our families, California will always fight back. Can you stand with us in the fight?
