John,

It sure has been a busy month. From the Democratic
National Convention to polls showing a tight race here in
Georgia, we’ve had some glimpses of good news. But storm clouds
are still brewing as Donald Trump and his lackey Postmaster
General Louis DeJoy have initiated a full-frontal assault on
people’s right to vote by sabotaging the Post Office.

Their plan is simple: Deprive people of their full and
fair right to vote in a free election by sabotaging the Post
Office.

I’ve been leading the charge to fight back,
John. But I can’t do it without you. Will
you chip in a $15 or $20 contribution before our End-Of-Month
deadline on August 30th to fuel my fight?

Last week, I spoke outside a Decatur, Georgia Post Office
to call for the restoration of full operations of our USPS system
and then returned to Washington to vote on a bill that would do
just that, AND boost funding for the USPS. To no great surprise
though, Moscow Mitch — the Grim Reaper — intends to do Donald
Trump’s bidding and keep the bill in his legislative graveyard.

We need to keep cooking with gas in this fight,
John. There’s just too much at stake.
Americans rely on the Post Office for medications, to stay
connected with loved ones, and yes, to cast their ballot.

I’ll be honest: This fight to defend our Post Office
hasn’t left much time for fundraising — and right now we are
pacing about $2,500 behind our August End-of-Month deadline goal.
To keep our defense of the Post Office moving full-throttle, my
campaign operation needs to be fully funded. So, can I count on
you to chip in a donation before August 30th to fuel our fight to
save the Post Office?

Thank you, John. Together we will
win this fight and win in November!

— Hank
