This week, I joined a coalition of attorneys general in filing a lawsuit to block the $110 billion merger between Warner Bros. and Paramount.

This would be the largest merger in media history. It would combine two of Hollywood’s biggest companies, consolidate power over blockbuster movies and basic cable channels, and give a few giant corporations even more control over what we watch, what we pay, and what choices we have.

I’m taking action because it goes too far.

When corporations try to put profits and power ahead of people, my job is to fight back. But I can’t do this work alone.

When our numbers go public after July 20, everyone will be watching to see if we have the strength to win this race with Trump and his megadonor allies doing everything they can to stop us.

We need to hit our $50,000 goal before midnight on July 20 so we can prove this movement isn’t backing down. Can you chip in $10, $25 $50, or whatever works for you to help us get there?
