I have spent my career fighting for one simple principle: America's military

I just voted to advance the FY 2027 National Defense Authorization Act

through committee — and I am proud to say I secured 49 provisions that are now
headed to the full Senate floor.

This is a BIG win for our troops, for North Carolina, and for our national

Here is what we got done:
✅ Expanded F-35 and F-15EX fighter production to keep America's airpower
dominant over China

✅ Increased pilot retention bonuses to keep our most experienced aviators in
the cockpit

✅ Secured over $650 MILLION for military construction at North Carolina
installations like Fort Bragg, Camp Lejeune, Seymour Johnson AFB, and MCAS
Cherry Point

✅ Strengthened our alliance with Israel, including $300 million in missile
defense cooperation

✅ Banned Chinese tech from our military communication networks

✅ Protected Guantanamo Bay from being shut down or having terrorists
transferred to U.S. soil

North Carolina is the backbone of America's military readiness — and I will
not stop fighting to keep it that way.

funding, block our defense industrial base, and weaken our military readiness
