NPR has an update on Louis DeJoy -- he has refused to restore the hundreds of mail-sorting machines he’s removed from post offices across the country before Election Day.
Other destructive changes to the USPS that DeJoy has made so far include eliminating overtime pay for workers and ordering carriers to leave mail behind if it threatens to delay their routes.
That last change is an especially huge problem -- and could stop medicine, census documents, and mail ballots from being delivered on time.
